ORDERING & FULFILLMENT PROCESS
Customers have three options for placing orders: Online, By Phone or In-Store.
Online - Browse our online showroom, select the desired product options and click BUY to add products to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click CHECKOUT and follow the instructions to submit your order.
By Phone - Simply call us at 1.888.569.1874 and one of our staff will gladly take your order over the phone. Please ready the following information before you call: your contact, shipping and payment information; product information: brand, collection, part number, etc. and any discount codes or coupons.
In-Store - Stop by our King of Prussia showroom. Our staff will personally assist you with your order. We offer many In-Store Specials along with a large stock of small area rugs and carpet samples that you can try at home before you buy. See Contact Us for addresses and directions.
All online orders will be processed within three business days. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your order. Log In any time to track your orders online. In the event that a product is back-ordered, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time. All domestic orders, greater than $100.00, recieve FREE UPS Ground Shipping. Please call us directly with any special delivery requirements.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We always strive to do our best, but if there is an error with your order, we sincerely apologize. Please Contact Us immediately and we will work to resolve any problems. If, FOR ANY REASON, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days with a Return Authorization Number (RA).
All orders for custom product are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Special orders can be returned for store credit. We will not issue credit for any purchase returned to us after 15 days. Rugs returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted for credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please Contact Us before returning an order to obtain an RA Number. You must affix the RA number to your package. We also need the tracking number so that we can track your package to insure proper credit to your account upon arrival at our warehouse. We recommend that you ship using either FedEx or UPS Ground and that you insure the package.
ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY
All customer information collected and maintained by the Exton Carpet & Rug Company is for the sole purpose of billing and shipping product orders. We do not share or sell customer information. All products, pictures and other information published in our Online Showroom are considered the property of the Exton Carpet & Rug Company and may not be copied or used without prior authorization.
